Your Privacy Matters
At Rush Mind, James Ian Gray understands the importance of privacy and confidentiality in our coaching relationships.
I am committed to safeguarding your personal and professional information with the highest standards of care.
Confidentiality
Your trust is our priority. I treat all information shared during our coaching sessions with the utmost confidentiality. I fully protect your privacy when discussing personal matters, career challenges, or creative projects. I do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
To ensure complete confidentiality, I enter us into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with each client. This agreement legally binds both parties to keep all shared information private and secure. The NDA covers all aspects of our sessions, including any sensitive or proprietary information related to your work in the film and TV industry.
I will only record our sessions as text from hand written notes, which I will then type up via Google and shred in an industrial shredder. All the notes will be coded with either your initials or a code name that you have provided me. None of the notes will be shared with anyone and all the information saved on google drive will never be shared with any third party. If you decide to break our engagement I would need to have an explicit consent from you that you require the session notes.
The notes taken in the session are only information about what has happened so I can keep track of our progression together.

Engagement Terms
Commitment to You
I am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality coaching experience, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Here’s what you can expect when you engage with us:
Personalised Coaching: Each session is designed to address your specific challenges and aspirations, focusing on areas such as career development, relationships, and navigating the film and TV industry.
Professional Guidance: Benefit from industry insights and strategies that are relevant, practical, and actionable.
Mutual Respect: My approach with every engagement is always with respect, integrity, and professionalism, ensuring a supportive and positive environment.
Session Details
Duration: Each session is up to 2 hours long (1hr 30mins on average), allowing us to dive deep into your concerns and work towards meaningful progress.
Payment and money: Each session shall be paid in advance 24hrs before the session begins. This should be paid into my account via BACS. No cash is to be given, exchanged or received in person. Before payment an invoice will be issued stating the times and dates of the sessions. There is a flat rate for all sessions and this is the rate given. Payment is required for all sessions; we will not offer any unpaid sessions after the 30min initial consultation.

You can schedule sessions at a time that suits you best. I require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Client Responsibilities
For our coaching relationship to be successful, I ask for your active participation and commitment.
This includes:
Engagement: Be prepared for each session, ready to explore challenges and embrace new strategies.
Honesty: Open and honest communication is key to effective coaching. I encourage you to share your thoughts, concerns, and aspirations freely.
Follow-Through: Coaching is a collaborative process. To achieve your goals, it’s important to take action on agreed-upon steps between sessions.
My Approach
I believe in a coaching style that is collaborative, subtle and client-centered. Our role is to support, guide, and challenge you, helping you unlock your potential and achieve your goals. However, it’s important to note that coaching is not therapy, and I do not provide psychological or medical advice.
Each session I will start off with both parties giving feedback which strengthens the relationship and helps the coach to improve and to find out any additional information that from a clients point of view we need to work on both together.
Termination of Engagement
I strive for positive outcomes in every coaching relationship. However, either party may choose to terminate the engagement at any time. Should you wish to end the coaching relationship, I ask for 14 days notice. I also reserve the right to terminate the engagement if we both feel that the coaching relationship is not beneficial to you.
Complaints
If you feel that something isn’t working or that you feel the relationship has broken down in some ways to the coaches fault please feel free to lodge a complaint about the service that has given. Please do so at:

We take every complaint very seriously and try to make the relationship work.
Values and Morals
My Values: My values consist of helping people and doing my best to help everyone be their best.
I am Christian but this does not affect any of my work and I approach each and every client without judgement offering you empathy and Unconditional Positive Regard.
My job isn’t to judge you but to offer you a service to improve you and make your life better.
My morals are to keep our relationship 100% professional and to keep you in my focus throughout the session.
I will not encourage any harm to you or anyone around you. Neither will I encourage any kind of relationship other than a client and coach professional relationship.
As Morals stand any relationship that is made from our sessions will only be with yourself and Rush Mind. No social benefits or relationships beyond those stated will be provided.
The sessions are there for the client and for working with the realms that we can work in. If at any point the coach feels that the relationship is becoming unprofessional then an immediate termination shall happen.
