How it works with a coach

Access may be included with the Silver plan. When you are ready, request access via your coach. The steps below keep onboarding safe and intentional.

  1. Talk to your coach

    Reach out or put in a request through Rush Mind. We confirm you are a fit and provision your private couple install.

  2. Set up and invite

    Choose a nickname (not your real name), a long vault password (26+ characters), trust your first device, then invite your partner with a one-time link.

  3. Reconnect daily

    Use Connect, chat, games, and desires on your terms — add Reconnect to your home screen for an app-like feel.

Consent & safety

Reconnect is for consenting adults in established relationships. Every feature is built around ongoing consent, boundaries, and mutual respect.

To reconnect, you need a space that is truly your own. Each couple gets an isolated install — no public discovery, no admin backdoor. Your login password also unlocks the client-side encryption vault for photos, chat, and private content.

Logins are pseudonyms only (not real names, emails, or phone numbers). Sign-in is locked to trusted devices: trust your first phone once; approve later devices from a device that is already trusted (or ask your partner). Only one active session per account — signing in elsewhere signs the previous session out.

  • Encrypted vault: Media and private content are encrypted client-side; your password is the key (26+ characters required).
  • Couple lockdown: Max two accounts by default; no separate admin panel. Wipe only via Settings → Destroy this install (both partners confirm).
  • History you control: Choose what your partner can see of your points, moods, intimacy, bond logs, dates, kudos, or streak — logging still continues for you.
  • Trusted devices & alerts: New phones stay locked until approved; optional email on each sign-in; country jumps sign you out; run a security audit anytime.

Important: If you lose your password and every trusted device, we cannot recover your vault. The only option is a couple-confirmed destroy and a fresh setup. Keep credentials somewhere safe.
